Our founder once closed a carrier file on a homeowner he knew was owed far more. He resigned soon after and opened SureMax — to work the other side of the table for good.
Today, SureMax Public Adjusters is a team of licensed professionals — many of us former carrier adjusters and field engineers — who represent only the policyholder. We do not work for insurance companies. We do not split loyalties. The clarity of that position is the foundation of everything we do.
We're licensed and insured to represent homeowners, business owners, and HOAs across New York, New Jersey, and the broader Tri-State Area. The number we're proudest of is 98% — the percentage of clients who refer us to the next family who needs help.
